Downs Construction were awarded the brickwork and diamond drilling contract to carry out all brickwork repairs to this existing building. Repairs included cutting out all damaged brickwork, replacing windows and door reveals, re-pointing all brickwork and building of internal and external block partitions.

The diamond drilling division was responsible for drilling 30 - 300mm in diameter holes both horizontally and vertically through 350mm thick brickwork and concrete walls. They also carried out all wall chasing and floor sawing including diamond drilling 107mm in diameter holes through stainless steel covers for display lighting.
