Downs Construction were employed to carry out diamond drilling at Severn Point Student Accommodation in Cardiff. This involved diamond drilling over 2000 holes through 300mm concrete floors including horizontal holes through 100 - 225mm blockwork walls to allow mechanical and electrical services to be installed. The hole sizes ranged 35 - 300mm in diameter.
