Downs construction has large amounts of experience in building refurbishment, and being both a Diamond Drilling and Bricklaying contractor are uniquely placed to carry out refurbishment works. The company has the specialist non percussion tools which mean they do not cause any damage to structural integrity of the existing building.

Downs construction is able to take refurbishment work of any size, this can be as small as forming new opening for doors/windows and building the lintels into the existing suture. It can be large as muliti-floor extension to the existing building recycling bricks and blocks to keep the look and feel of the existing building.
