Downs Construction were brought in to carry out all diamond drilling and wall chasing on-site. The project consisted of four separate blocks each with 400mm reinforced concrete floors. The Downs Construction team drilled holes ranging from 30 - 300mm in diameter, as well as horizontal holes in the plant room of 152mm in diameter x 1.5m in depth. The team also carried out over 1600m of wall chasing: 40mm in width x 40mm in depth in each of the four blocks.
