This project was undertaken by Downs Construction and included all brickwork and blockwork on the ground, first and second floors. The project required working to a strict deadline in order to meet the main contractor's programme.

The diamond drilling on the site included the drilling of various size (between 50 - 275mm diameter) holes through floors and walls in order to allow mechanical and electrical services to be installed. Downs Construction also carried concrete cutting through a 300mm thick floor to produce 2 x 3m holes required for ventilation trunking.
